How we deliver your product
Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast and reliable delivery services for all of our products. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday and will need to be signed for upon receipt. If we are unable to make a delivery due to no one to sign, we may charge for another attempt to be made.
Types of Shipping
Small Items – sent via UPS or FedEx
Large Items – sent via large carriers that specialise in handling large items
Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply if you live outside of the UK.
Where we deliver
We will deliver your order kerbside and with larger items will request your assistance and signature upon receipt of your delivery.
If your item isn’t in the right condition and you are not happy with your product(s), you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please let us know within 14 days by emailing to panelz.co.uk. Your item must be in the original condition and packaging. All products returned must, when received by us, be in their original re-saleable condition. In all circumstances you are responsible for any loss or damage to the panels before being received by us, any damage therefore will be deducted from any refund made to you.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items.
If you would like us to arrange for collection of your panels we shall deduct the shipping fee from your refund.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment card. We will refund the item’s price and delivery cost to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of pickup.
Bespoke Product Returns
As these Items which are customised to your specifications we are unable to accept bespoke product returns unless of course the item is faulty in which case please see our ‘damaged or faulty items’ detail below.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item is damaged or faulty we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange when the request for the item to be returned is received within 14 days.
If you choose to return the item, you will also have to upload a picture of the damaged item. We recommend that you inspect your item upon delivery and report any issues within 14 days of receiving the item.
If your package appears severely damaged upon delivery, please write down “Package Damaged” when signing the delivery slip. Afterward, you can request a replacement at no extra cost.
If your item is lost or missing or missing parts, please contact us so that we can get your item(s) to you as soon as possible.
